What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Backup Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and care providers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Assessing client eligibility and specific needs for backup care services, and conducting research to provide referrals for backup care options
• Documenting all client interactions and support issues in the case management system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
• Maintaining high client satisfaction by meeting call center performance metrics, and continuously improving our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or a related field
• Experience in a child care and/or adult care setting, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by families
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, care providers, and internal stakeholders
