Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels. You'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries, provide helpful resources and information, and offer promotional discounts
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer support processes and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first response time, and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 5-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
