Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Science Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading our data science initiatives, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer support. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to unite and break down complex data sets, creating and executing strategic designs for determined regions, and overseeing team(s) appointed to projects. Your expertise in data science, customer support, and team management will be essential in driving business success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to unite and break down complex data sets, including organized and unstructured data
- Create and execute strategic designs for determined regions, ensuring assets are precisely assigned in accordance with strategic plans and properly represented
- Direct team(s) appointed to projects, overseeing executions and ensuring timely completion
- Proactively identify and resolve complex issues, working closely with stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external partners to drive business growth and success
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging open communication and feedback among team members

Essential Capabilities
* Experience with data analysis and statistical software, including SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS, and Hadoop
- Profound knowledge of SQL and data modeling
- Experience with open-source data science and analytics tools, such as Python, R, and Apache Spark
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including with senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
