Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to drive business insights and actionable recommendations. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us optimize our operations, improve customer engagement, and inform strategic decision making. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and deploying advanced machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and quantitative methods
• Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support
• Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and analytics, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Here are some of the essential qualifications we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a related field
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience working with large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and data warehouses
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data science frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake, and containerization technologies, such as Docker
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates with experience in the following areas:

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with IoT, edge AI, or reinforcement learning
• Experience in healthcare or a related field
• Strong experience with agile methodologies, continuous integration and delivery, and DevOps practices
