A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, which include healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. You'll work with various client programs, transitioning between them throughout your day. Your tasks will include:
* Receiving and responding to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Providing accurate and detailed documentation about all client interactions
* Utilizing your knowledge and resources to resolve most questions on your own
* Collaborating with your team to support clients and ensure a positive experience
* Maintaining a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
Qualifications for a Remote Customer Service Representative
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* One year of customer service or call center experience
* The ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms
* A quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
* Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office

Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule
As a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative, you can expect to work 38-40 hours per week, with at least one weekend day required. Our departments operate 24/7, so we offer flexible work schedules to accommodate your needs.
