Job Responsibilities:

As a Financial Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and effective resolutions to customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and support
  • Utilizing computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 6 months or more of experience in the finance industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and services
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Residency within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, with a strong emphasis on customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • High-speed internet connection (> 40mbps) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
