Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, or online chat to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and issues. You'll be responsible for providing timely and precise communication, collecting and entering orders, managing sales orders, and maintaining accurate customer records. Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide outstanding service and resolve their inquiries, concerns, and issues

  • Collect and enter orders for our products, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Field customer questions and concerns, taking appropriate actions to develop resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners, confirming accuracy and ensuring seamless communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM and other business systems
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals
  • Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems

  • Ability to navigate various sources of information to assist customers with product inquiries and ensure accuracy of purchase orders

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting your colleagues.

Work Environment

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional travel to arenaflex's headquarters or other locations as needed. You'll be equipped with the latest technology and tools to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with your team.

Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role, requiring minimal physical activity. However, some lifting may be required during set up and tear down of trade shows, up to 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but you must be available on most days during normal working hours.

Travel

Very limited out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be needed on an annual basis for team meetings and training.

Required Education and Experience

* AA degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proven customer support experience, with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations
  • Professional, outgoing, and service-oriented, with a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Education and Experience

* Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems

  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Asana
