Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, building strong relationships, and navigating the complexities of the travel industry. Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect with clients via phone, email, chat, and social media to assist with all their travel needs, from booking flights and accommodations to planning itineraries and activities.

  • Research and Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the travel industry, including destinations, resorts, vendors, and products. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new developments, and emerging destinations.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Build relationships with top vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and offers for our clients. Learn how to book air, resort, car rentals, theme park tickets, sporting events, cruises, show tickets, concerts, and more.
  • Knowledge Base Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services, including new resorts, destinations, and industry developments.
  • Client Retention: Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the client's vacation to ensure happy repeat clients. Maintain excellent client records to facilitate easy repeat business.

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements: Must have a smartphone, tablet, and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access.

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required. We're looking for individuals with a passion for travel and a willingness to learn.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Flexibility: Be ready to be flexible in your daily routine, as client needs can change at any time.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in the travel industry.
