Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
