Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns related to plan prescription benefits, eligibility, and claim payment issues. You'll work closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service skills and sales metrics
  • Work with business partners and customers to develop acquisition strategies based on market trends
  • Establish acceptance criteria for subcontractor products and services
  • Monitor subcontractor progress and maintain frequent interface with corresponding teams

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Previous experience in data entry and customer service
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in leading customer interactions and developing acquisition strategies
  • Ability to establish acceptance criteria for subcontractor products and services

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Medicaid populations

  • Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a call center environment
