Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service while building relationships with existing customers across the United States
- Assisting customers with a range of complex inquiries, from financial to general insurance questions
- Playing an instrumental role in helping customers make informed decisions about their financial needs
- Collaborating with your team to achieve success through daily team meetings and a strong cooperative spirit
Education and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in any industry (retail, restaurant, banking, data entry, etc.)
- No licensing or insurance experience is required
- A desire to build a career and advance your skills
Benefits and Pay
As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you can expect:
- $19.00/hour starting pay
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance benefits
- Opportunities to earn pay increases within your first year
- Paid training for 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm
- A fully remote/work-from-home schedule, with availability Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm
