Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in online chat using tools like Facebook Messenger, assisting businesses by responding to live chat messages on their websites or social media accounts.
- Responding to live chat messages on a business's website or social media platforms, addressing customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and offering discounts.
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Operations departments to deliver top-notch support to valued customers.
- Providing creative problem-solving abilities to provide unique solutions to our customers.
- Working closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.
Essential Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, as well as a reliable internet connection.
- Basic English writing skills.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
