Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to work in our call center, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and registering customers. This is a unique opportunity to work from home every other week, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and professional manner
• Scheduling appointments for our valued customers
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner
• Registering new customers and updating existing customer information
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of customer service experience (required)
• 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
• Willingness to work at the office if unable to connect at home for more than 30 minutes
• Punctuality and reliability are essential

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment
