Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phone. Your primary goal will be to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. You'll work independently, using your own computer and Google Chrome browser, to take phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
