Design evidence-based clinical curriculum and competency programs that empower nursing staff to deliver the highest standard of patient care.Evaluate the impact of educational initiatives using data-driven tools to ensure learning goals translate into measurable improvements in clinical outcomes.Consult with department leaders as a strategic partner to identify knowledge gaps and bridge them with innovative, multi-faceted delivery mechanisms.Lead the integration of inter-professional performance standards, ensuring all team members are supported to practice at the full extent of their licensure.Collaborate across the continuum of care to streamline nursing workflows and foster a culture of continuous professional growth and clinical excellence.What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing.
- Required professional licensure at time of hire.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- Specialized Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience in OB/Obstetrics environments to provide credible, high-level instruction.
