As an intern, you'll play a critical role in facilitating departmental wishes and participate in a program that offers training and improvement to equip you with the skills necessary to become a strong candidate for future entry-level positions in business analytics.

The Role

As an Experienced Data Analyst Intern, you'll work closely with our senior team members to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of current transactional, digital marketplaces. You'll analyze industry developments and competitive landscapes for global marketplaces, providing insights and recommendations to aid strategic decision-making. Your contributions will help shape our aggressive pricing strategies, financial models, and forecasting procedures.

Responsibilities

* Conduct a thorough analysis of current transactional, digital marketplaces

• Study and examine industry developments and competitive landscapes for global marketplaces
• Offer insights and recommendations based on market analysis to aid strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with senior team members to plot and refine aggressive pricing techniques
• Help develop financial models to evaluate business performance and assess capability situations
• Contribute to forecasting and budgeting procedures to assist financial planning efforts
• Collaborate with teams across departments to recognize business opportunities
• Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations

Requirements

* No prior experience is required, but a passion for working in the entertainment industry is essential

• Interest in global marketplace evaluation and platform (customer/setter) experience is a plus
• Must be living in the L. location during the internship (relocation and housing guide will be provided, if applicable)
• Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with software programs, including Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
• Collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative to work independently
• Attention to detail and ability to practice true judgment
• Curious about learning new technology and workflows
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and utmost discretion while being privy to sensitive information
