We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone and email. - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns to provide effective solutions and exceed customer expectations.
- Formulate plans of resolution and respond appropriately and efficiently to customer inquiries and issues.
- Maintain and restore customer satisfaction by partnering with other teams as needed to resolve complex issues.
- Perform problem analysis, problem determination, and recommended resolutions to customers in accordance with standard protocol.
- Proactively educate callers on program benefits and promote alternative products or services to meet their needs.
- Meet or exceed established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Use computer tools to accurately process and document information and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Develop rapport with callers and adjust communication style to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about arenaflex programs and services to customers and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a customer service-related field preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook required.
- Computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills required for effective use of computer tools and systems.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, always-changing environment and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
