Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you will be an ambassador for arenaflex, representing our values and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients across the United States, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as our policies and procedures
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Work independently with supervisory guidance, managing time effectively and efficiently, and adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Follow written instructions and documented procedures, and adapt to changes as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements for Applicants

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

  • Customer Service Work Experience, 2 years (Required)
  • Call Center Work Experience, 2 years (Preferred)
  • Wired internet, not wireless/Wi-Fi (Required)
  • Minimum Internet connection speed of at least 10mbps (Required, may run test during phone interview if chosen)
  • Proficient office and computer skills, including:

+ 10-key + Windows + Microsoft Excel + Word + Outlook

  • Minimum 40-45 WPM typing speed (Required, will run test during in-person interview, if chosen)
  • English (Required)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust 5C Background Investigation after hire (Details provided during interview, if chosen)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $16.20
  • $825/month for benefit choices, including health, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, flex accounts, 403b (similar to 401k) contribution, and a YMCA membership
  • Pension payments made by arenaflex
  • Hourly employees accrue sick and vacation leave every pay period after the introductory period
  • 11 paid holidays

Full Call Center Hours of Operation

* Monday: 7am-10pm

  • Tuesday-Friday: 7am-7pm
  • Saturday: 9am-1pm
