Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
  • Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
  • Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
  • Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
  • Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual is preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in sales or account management a plus
