Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through various channels, including calls, social media, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters
  • Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting customers with order processing, order modifications, and shipment details
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; however, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a significant advantage
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for this role
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary
  • Online U.S residents are eligible to apply for this part-time position
