Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding live chat support to our customers during the overnight hours (typically 10pm-6am EST)
- Responding to frequently asked questions from customers, including inquiries about pricing, refund policies, and providing discount codes
- Logging into our chat application and engaging with customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
- The ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Strong adherence to provided instructions and guidelines
- Availability for 10+ hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
- Reliable internet connection
