Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in managing our phone switchboard, directing calls, and providing accurate information to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering and managing incoming calls on the phone switchboard with a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Directing calls to the appropriate extensions or departments with precision and efficiency.
- Providing accurate information to callers when necessary, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Assisting with additional tasks as needed, such as data entry, documentation, or other administrative duties.
Requirements
