Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly tone on every call
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or similar environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Starting pay: $14.00 per hour during the week and $15.50 per hour during the weekend
