Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching, gathering, and analyzing customer data to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions
- Collaborating with business and product partners to tackle complex business challenges and identify patterns and opportunities
- Applying your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to uncover hidden trends and drive business growth
- Defining and assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) for new product launches
- Creating data visualizations to monitor and evaluate the impact of product initiatives and business challenges
- Identifying new opportunities to improve key financial metrics, understanding underlying drivers for change in metrics
- Leading exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing, statistical inference, and quantitative analysis
- Working closely with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and manage high-quality data from various sources
- Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make logical, data-driven recommendations and solutions
- Experience with languages used to control data and extract insights from large datasets (SQL, Python, Presto, etc.)
- Strong storytelling experience with data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Experience with data quality tools like Google DataPlex (Collibra Information Quality or SAS Information Management or IBM InfoSphere Data Server)
- Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca
- Experience in building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with workflow management systems
- Experience working with complex data on cloud platforms (ideally Google Bigquery and Hive)
- Experience working on Data Visualization (E-R) and having a solid BI mindset
- Basic understanding of statistics and AI models
- Prior experience in the retail or finance industries
- Convincing, influential oral and written communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Comfortable with changing needs in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

- Prophet
- Teradata
- Hive
- AWS Redshift
- Sky blue Neurotransmitter Analysis
- Snowflake
- And other emerging technologies
