Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry and Communication Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
  • Working with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Performing data entry tasks in various platforms to ensure accurate and timely information

  • Demonstrating excellent time management and administrative skills, with a keen focus on detail

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, although this is not a requirement
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively
  • Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities and great work principles
  • Experience with personal computers and at least a standard functioning degree typing capability
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in your role
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills, with a keen focus on detail
  • Legitimate high-speed internet access and a personal computer
  • Full-time and part-time telemarketing position jobs available
