Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, web, and other channels
- Manage customer complaints and issues related to transportation and product delivery
- Offer product advice, quality information, and technical support to customers
- Handle customer complaints and manage returns, with follow-up and analysis
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ideal Candidate:
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program related to administrative fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a results-oriented approach and strong organizational abilities
- Strong command of English and Spanish, with additional languages a significant plus
- Ability to sign a practice agreement with universities or study centers
