Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
• Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns

Requirements
