What to Expect
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as the strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies
- Helping clients evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement using our platform
- Managing stakeholder relationships and conducting meetings to ensure clients achieve meaningful outcomes
- Collaborating with other teams to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks
- Identifying opportunities for upsells and expansion in collaboration with the Revenue Team
What We Require
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
- Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization, enabling you to build and maintain effective relationships
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects, demonstrating your ability to drive results and navigate complex situations
- Experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment, ensuring you stay ahead of the curve
How to Stand Out
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- At least 5 years of SaaS experience, showcasing your expertise in software-as-a-service solutions
- At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical, provider, or health insurance/payer, demonstrating your understanding of the sector's nuances
- Strong skills in data synthesis, including interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, enabling you to drive business improvement and inform strategic decisions
