Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Medicaid Providers and Members, primarily through telephone interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assisting with Coverage and Claims-Related Questions: Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for beneficiaries, providing clear and concise explanations to help customers understand their coverage and claims-related options.
- Conducting Research and Follow-Up: Conduct thorough research to resolve disputed claims and follow up with customers to ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction.
- Documenting Calls: Accurately document all customer interactions in the computer system, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible for future reference.

Requirements:
To succeed as a Senior Customer Support Representative, you'll need:
- Minimum of 1 Year of Experience in a Call Center Environment: Proven experience in a call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues.
- Experience Working in the Healthcare Industry: Familiarity with the healthcare industry, specifically with Medicaid or Medicare, and a strong understanding of the complexities and nuances of healthcare services.
