As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and promotions, guiding customers through the selection and ordering process.
- Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assisting customers in placing orders, verifying details, and ensuring all necessary specifications are captured accurately.
- Generating and sending order confirmations, invoices, and shipping notifications to customers.
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and live chat conversations.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
