Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers regarding printing services, product details, pricing, and order status.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and promotions, guiding customers through the selection and ordering process.
  • Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assisting customers in placing orders, verifying details, and ensuring all necessary specifications are captured accurately.
  • Generating and sending order confirmations, invoices, and shipping notifications to customers.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and live chat conversations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.

  • Knowledge of printing services and industry trends.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
