Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team in Texas. As a key member of our team, you'll provide telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrating genuine care for patients and customers, this role is perfect for you! Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits * Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system * Communicating and collecting copay amounts * Obtaining authorizations from insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams * Screening, identifying, resolving, and deferring orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely processing of specialty medications and meet financial and clinical expectations Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications * One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude * Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications * Pre-existing healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits and Compensation As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * A base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary ranging from $17.00 to $28.45 * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits * Eligibility for our 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Fully-paid term life insurance plan and short-term and long-term disability benefits * Well-being programs, education assistance, free development courses, and CVS store discounts * Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year Why Join arenaflex?
