Job Summary

As an Application Administrator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and application administration support to our divisions. You will work closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials, ensuring a seamless transition to our new application. Your excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm), excellent command of the English language (bilingual in English and Spanish), and proficiency in Word and Excel will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, ensuring a positive experience with our new application

  • Perform data entry tasks, including building organizations and users in our Link application
  • Assist with the migration of orgs, accounts, users, and select Orders components from our Beacon application to Link
  • Work closely with our development team to build tools and resources to support the migration process
  • Collaborate with our divisions to ensure a smooth transition to our new application
  • Provide support for helpdesk-related tasks, including triage and troubleshooting

Essential Qualifications

* High school graduate or equivalent

  • Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm)
  • Excellent command of the English language (bilingual in English and Spanish)
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with application administration and data entry tasks

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent typing skills (u003E40 wpm)

  • Excellent command of the English language (bilingual in English and Spanish)

* Shifts range from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST
