Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Independently keying data into work orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly targets for data entry and processing, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborating with vendors to obtain missing information, showcasing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Conducting audits on invoices to identify and dispute unnecessary or unreasonable charges, demonstrating your attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Tracking and reporting cost savings achieved through your efforts, highlighting your ability to analyze data and drive results.
  • Communicating effectively with the Customer Service Management (CSM) team, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional customer service.
  • Participating in special projects as assigned and completing other duties as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an ideal candidate who possesses:

  • An Associate's Degree (preferred) or relevant experience, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow with our team.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills with a strong focus on accuracy, showcasing your attention to detail and typing proficiency.
  • Good organizational abilities and familiarity with Excel and Word, highlighting your ability to manage multiple tasks and tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Familiarity with material handling and aerial equipment is also preferred, showcasing your ability to learn and apply new skills.

Physical Demands

This position requires regular sitting or standing for up to 8 hours, along with repetitive hand motions for typing. The ability to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds may be necessary.
