Key Responsibilities:

* Introduce, arrange, and investigate work area frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues to ensure optimal system performance and data security

• Maintain passwords, information honesty, and record framework security to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches
• Provide specialized help to PC framework clients, answering questions or resolving PC issues face-to-face, via phone, or from a remote location
• Assist clients with the utilization of PC equipment and programming, including printing, installation, project frameworks (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and working frameworks
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology) preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, IT support, or a related field
• Strong understanding of PC hardware and software, including operating systems, email, and project frameworks
