Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge – Remote Chat Professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients through our chat platform. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the client's experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival
- Providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Offering travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to our clients
- Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients
- Utilizing our Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
Capabilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following capabilities:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
- Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to listen actively and provide personalized solutions to meet client needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work collaboratively with your team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using technology, including web-based platforms and software applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific tasks
