Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our part-time Customer Support team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a remote part-time opportunity, with a competitive hourly rate of $27/hour and flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and repairing soft drink fountain equipment, including mechanical services and light remanufacturing
  • Investigating and resolving issues with pop fountain equipment, ensuring that all refrigeration equipment is in good working condition
  • Moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Maintaining a positive attitude, working collaboratively with colleagues, and creating exceptional customer-focused organizations
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
  • A valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and repair procedures
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
