Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative on our night shift team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and close out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders, verifying details pertaining to the work completed
* Assist technicians with order closeouts and handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on
* Update information through data entry and run reports as needed to track progress
* Assist with logistics and system-related issues, providing solutions to our customers
* Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers, providing timely and effective support
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions to our customers

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1 year of customer service experience preferred
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Ability to follow through, multi-task, and meet deadlines
* Willingness to work independently and research creative solutions
* Adaptability and ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
* Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
Schedule
* In-person training at our office in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift
* 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
