The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing mechanical services and light maintenance on soft drink fountain equipment, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards
- Investigating and resolving issues with fountain equipment, including troubleshooting and repair
- Maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- A valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines and equipment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
