As a Business (B2B) Customer Service Support Representative, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving wireless industry. Key Responsibilities As a Business (B2B) Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Interacting with business customers via phone and email to assist with business accounts, providing information about products and services, and resolving credit, customer service, and billing concerns. * Acting as a liaison between customers, business representatives, and arenaflex support paths to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues. * Maintaining accurate records of business interactions or transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. * Processing service requests through appropriate arenaflex channels to facilitate timely reconciliation and ensure correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on all requests. * Conducting account analysis and reviews, and proposing solutions to improve customer satisfaction and business growth. * Following up with businesses to document their experience with service and ensuring that their needs are met. * Collaborating with Cellular Sales B2B representatives to provide optimal care and support to business customers. Daily Tasks and Tools As a Business (B2B) Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you will use a range of tools and technologies, including: * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) * Salesforce * Spreadsheets * Extensive and accurate typing required Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills * Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales (preferred) * Experience with customer service over the phone (preferred) * Adaptability, attention to detail, customer focus, organizational awareness, planning and organizing, and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in the wireless industry * Knowledge of wireless products and services * Experience with CRM software (such as Salesforce) * Certification in customer service or a related field What We Offer As a Business (B2B) Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive base pay of $18/hour * Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance * 401(k) matching * Health and wellness program * Discount on arenaflex services * Employee assistance program * Onsite gym and walking trail Schedule and Employment Type This is a full-time position, with a schedule that is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Days and hours of work are dependent on schedule availability and business needs.
