Key Responsibilities

- Keying paper applications into the arenaflex database with high accuracy and speed
- Maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting or exceeding established standards
- Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
- Assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
- Collaborating with management to address and suggest systematic opportunities and issues
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
Education and Work Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma, with a college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
- A strong understanding of data entry principles and practices
