Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every flight is a success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting the aircraft cabin to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Operating ground equipment such as freight vans, trucks, and high-lift trucks safely and efficiently
• Conducting security assessments on each flight to ensure compliance with current safety and security protocols
• Using electronic devices and computers to track and manage cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that every flight is prepared for departure
• Working flexible shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, to accommodate flight schedules

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful as a Cabin Experience Agent, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
