Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our remote team. As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data accurately, while also providing specialized help for network framework and IT support. Key Responsibilities

As a full stack data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

• Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately to ensure high-quality data integrity
• Providing specialized help for network framework and IT support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Assisting clients with PC framework and software-related issues, including password management, data security, and record framework security
• Offering technical support to PC framework clients, answering questions, and resolving issues via phone, email, or remote access
• Providing guidance on the use of PC equipment and software, including printing, installation, project frameworks (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and working frameworks
• Conducting site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software as needed
• Conducting follow-up with clients to confirm issues were resolved completely
• Completing service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following essential qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
• Experience with Microsoft Working Frameworks (client/server)
• Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Distant Work area Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and other Internet browsers (desired)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience with network framework and IT support
• Knowledge of project management tools and software
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and services
• Experience with remote work and virtual teams
