Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to process improvements, helping to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, update customer information, and access relevant data to inform support decisions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
