Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lansing, MI. As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient experiences, ensuring that every interaction is warm, empathetic, and solution-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
