Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

* Experience working in a retail or call center environment

  • Knowledge of arts and crafts supplies, home decor, and seasonal products
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
