Join our team as a Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support. As a key member of our team, you will act as a liaison, providing services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our clients' accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Your primary goal will be to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to clients' inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing personalized solutions to meet their unique requirements.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, fostering a sense of community and understanding.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, ensuring that clients receive the most up-to-date and relevant information.
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, consistently exceeding expectations and driving results.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of excellence.
  • Take the extra mile to engage clients, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools to drive results.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a focus on building strong relationships and trust.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • High school diploma, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
