About the Role
As an Experienced Customer Collections Account Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires a unique blend of problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
* Make arrangements with customers to pay balances in full or set up the best possible arrangements
* Document all collection activity in the client/arenaflex system in a concise and accurate manner
* Correct any deficiencies or oversights as outlined by U/M or Manager during telephone monitor, file activity, or QA reviews
* Maintain good public relations and cope with high-stress environments caused by speaking with emotional callers
* Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
* Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
* React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
* Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
* Maintain good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers
* Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others
* Perform additional duties as required by management

* Salary Range Up to $15.56/hour - pay is determined by scope of responsibility within the role, your experience, location, and other job-related factors
Requirements
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
* Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
* Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
