Position Overview

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with their inquiries, provide solutions to their problems, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as assisting customers with order placements, returns, and refunds. You will also have the opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, provide information about products and services, and upsell and cross-sell additional products.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
