Your Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator - CX Solutions (Work from Home), you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the way our customers perceive us. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex products and services
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working from home

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and other tools
  • Reliable private internet connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred)
  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
