Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Merchant Services team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our merchants and customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and driving business growth through coaching and mentoring. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive hourly rate of $26.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
- Demonstrate imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace
- Be an understudy of the business, seeking ways to develop and learn about the company
- Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide excellent customer support and making working with us simple for merchants
- Recognize ways to improve and execute tasks to help efficiency and quality
- Answer and address escalations from clients and workers
- Diagnose issues and create innovative ways to tackle difficulties
- Work with clients and workers with varying levels of technical ability
- Continuously master new skills and apply them to daily work
- Work with Google Sheets or perform data analysis
- Function well in both individual and team environments
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
